Our process - How we work
We are client and employee focused and we prioritise a collaborative approach from start to finish. This translates to continuous interaction, ideation and iterations through the project lifecycle.
Our collective experience and continual skill enhancement enables us to bring value additions to a project. We encourage feedback at every stage and incorporate our learning all the way from requirements definition to the design, development and testing of the software.
The Foundation: Setting it Up
Understanding our client’s why is key to our team understanding and defining project requirements. We brainstorm, we discuss, we visualise, we map the process out. Together with our client, we create a roadmap to project completion.
The Research: Defining the Why and How
Once we have the “why” of the project, we look outward. We study the market, we understand what’s already out there, and we refine and redraw the roadmap. This is where we get creative and allow ourselves to visualise a better, more robust deliverable.
The Framework: Ideation to Existence
We now get down to doing what we do best. Developing the ideas into actual code. We hone in on the technology and iterate our way through to a stage where we can test the product. We rely on actual users to test the software in a real-world environment, and document and work on their feedback to improve the interface, usability, and performance.
The Review: Assess and Improve
We study our work and we compare it with the original “why” does the client need this product. We go back to the framework if the goal isn’t being met in its entirety.
The Reality: Ready to Deliver
We’re now in our happy place. We have tweaked, reviewed, revised, retested. We have a deliverable we’re ready to launch for our client and we are all systems go!
The Partnership: An Enduring Commitment
Our commitment to our client doesn’t end here. We partner with our client to improve and adjust the solution where needed. We review and revise to incorporate additional requirements and applications. We aspire to remain our client’s partner and to work with them through their business growth and success.
